Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing products or services from Amit Marbles Private Limited (“Amit Marbles”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order or engaging our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms govern the sale and supply of all products (including, but not limited to, marble, granite, quartz, and other natural stones) and services (including cutting, polishing, delivery, and installation) offered by Amit Marbles Private Limited.
Natural Stone Characteristics
The Customer acknowledges that natural stone products (e.g., marble, granite) inherently possess unique variations in color, veining, pattern, texture, pitting, and natural fissures.
Samples provided are indicative only. The final product supplied may differ from the sample and from other parts of the same batch.
Amit Marbles does not warrant that the stone supplied will be an exact match to any sample or photograph.
Measurements and Estimates
Any measurement or quantity estimates provided by Amit Marbles are based on information supplied by the Customer or site visits.
The Customer is solely responsible for confirming and verifying all measurements required for the product order prior to cutting or fabrication. Amit Marbles shall not be liable for any discrepancies arising from incorrect measurements provided or confirmed by the Customer.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed in writing.
Quoted prices are valid for [30] days unless otherwise stated.
Order Confirmation and Deposit
A firm order is only accepted by Amit Marbles upon receipt of a written Order Confirmation signed by the Customer and a non-refundable deposit of [50]% of the total invoice value.
Fabrication or processing of the stone will not commence until the deposit is received and cleared.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance of [50]% is due and payable in full prior to the delivery or commencement of installation.
In the event of cancellation by the Customer, the initial deposit is forfeited.
Pricing
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., India].
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, e.g., Delhi, India].
In no event shall Amit Marbles be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of business, profit, or anticipated savings) arising from the sale, installation, or use of its products.
Amit Marbles’ total liability to the Customer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total price paid by the Customer for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.
